Looking for a tax strategist/planner

We have a CPA we've used for a while but I'm looking for someone who doesn't just prepare our taxes for us but plans and prepares a strategy for us to maximize our tax savings and the tax advantages that come with owning rental property.   I'd appreciate a recommendation for a CPA, in Birmingham, that is a real estate investor or has many clients who are.  Thank you!
