What to do with people living in the home I just bought ?
I recently purchased a home at auction. The property was an REO property. There are currently people living there. What do I do ?
I'm assuming they are the previous owners. I've researched enough to know to offer cash for keys, etc. I'm just trying to educate myself on my rights before I go knocking no their door.
Also, is it illegal for me to contact them prior to closing ? I'd hate for this process to drag out, although I'm prepared for it to, if need be.
