CPA Recommendations

Our CPA has just recently been told by his doctor that he needs to reduce his workload. Since we are one of his newer clients, we are on the chopping block.

We're not totally disappointed however as, while we liked the guy, we didn't feel he was knowledgeable enough in advanced Real Estate strategies to help us to our full benefit.

We live in California but have rental properties in multiple states. We are looking for CPA recommendations and we are looking for someone who knows their stuff. We have interviewed a couple already and while one of them is still on the "possible" list we would like to interview more.

We are not looking for the cheapest person but we also can't afford $5,000 per year.

This will be our 3rd CPA in 3 years so we're hoping to find someone we can stick with for the long term.

We are looking for a CPA who not only does our taxes but helps us strategize when it comes to forming entities, using retirement accounts, etc.

Thanks for your recommendations.
