Hello all!  

I'm in the Louisville, Kentucky area.  Looking for tax and structuring help. If anyone has any references in the area, please send them my way.  Also, wondering if anyone has used any of the tax professional services here on Biggerpockets?  If so, please let me know who they are and how the process went.  Did you like their services, pricing, and results.
