Can anyone recommend a good CPA in California that understands RE investing

I am just getting started with RE investing and looking for a CPA to help with navigating the tax code (specifically in CA to start, but I intend to invest out of state as well). I want to understand the best way to minimize taxes as I grow my portfolio, and the best way to structure things (specifically regarding taxes). I do plan eventually to form an LLC once I have a few properties for protection, and want to know how that will affect tax filings and overall costs.

Can anyone share a recommendation for who they are currently working with that has provided excellent service?
