As an out-of-state investor, what questions should I be asking my future tax person?
In the past 2 years we've purchased one turn-key rental, one fix-and-rent, and 4 turn-key duplexes in 2 different states. All currently held in our names.
I don't think just any tax preparer can handle our situation. What questions should I be asking potential tax pro's?
