Tax registration SCDOR-111

In the Registration section, it ask how we want to be taxed. 1. Sales & use tax, 2. Withholding tax, or 3. Nonresident withholding exemption. Currently we started or LLC as a partnership and no employees. In the next year we are hoping to have a few rentals/properties but it is unclear on which selection to make.
