Sub to Deal with Seller Finance on the Equity.
Hello BP people,
Seller A has a property that, he has done 1031 exchange more than 8years ago. Now he wants to sell his property for 1.7 million to buyer B with exiting loan of 600k. And he's willing to let the buyer B takeover his loan and seller finance on 1.1 million equity but he's concerned about his capital gain tax implications.
If someone here has better idea what to's and how to's, I will highly appreciate ur help.
