Is it possible to get Real Estate Pro status with 1 LTR?

My wife and I purchased our first investment property and I am trying to figure out the best way to maximize returns.  it is a duplex that we are in the process of doing a full rehab on. It should be rented in Feb or March.  My wife does not have a w-2 job, so we are trying to find creative ways to achieve the 750 hour requirement as the bonus depreciation on my w-2 would be rather helpful.  Hoping to pick up at least one more this year.

I can't see how we can hit 750 hours on just the one property even with two tenants.  Any creative ways to hit the threshold or even work from home, flexible hour type work that she might be able to pick up to help us hit the threshold would be appreciated.
Thanks for you help!

@Russ Eisenberg The hours she spends managing the long term rental do count towards the 750 hours. She should be documenting all hours that she spends on the property. She maybe be spending more time on it than she realizes. I agree that it would be hard to get the 750 hours off of 1 LTR, however she may be able to get quite a few hours managing the rehab of the property. If you get a second property, that would definitely make it easier for her to qualify.
