Looking for a Real Estate CPA

Hey BP Community - 

I am looking for a CPA to start doing my taxes. Any recommendations on someone you all recommend? 

I am located in Charlotte, NC and would prefer they be local, but not a requirement. Real estate experience and familiarity is a must.

The filing will consist of my personal filling, a small single family rental portfolio (7-10 homes) and an LLC partnership return. Nothing crazy, but to the point I need some help with it!

Thanks for any recommendations you all have!
