hello all i am looking for a real-estate lawyer in the Fort Myers area to write up a contract for me regarding a property I am currently working on. The property is a trailer in a trailer park and the park is currently not issuing new leases as it doesn't have power and water so I need in writing that the current owner will hold his lease until I can get my own.
