Can we put tranditional IRA and HSA into one LLC

Originally planned to use tranditional IRA and HSA together to buy SFR and work under one LLC. Legal person said can't put those two under one LLC and the tax will be very complicated. Lawyer suggested to have two LLC separately.

Anyone did this before and can you share your experience?

This lawyer said never see anyone used HSA to do self-directed IRA, does this true?
