Tax Referral- 1 owner occipied rental in $$$ metro + salary
Hi,
I work a traditional (and comfortable) salaried job in an expensive metro (SF) and purchased a rental property/SFH house hack that I live in. Rents from rommates + ADU help pay the mortgage but do not provide net income (and never will). I'd like to consult with an accountant or tax advisor as to the best option for appoaching my taxes. And ideally also get help doing them if the solution is complicated.
If you know anyone who might fit the bill, a referral would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jacob
P.S. I do not plan to acquire other properties or seek real estate professional status. Just looking for advice on the above scenario so I don't need someone who is specialized in planning with owners of dozens of properties.
