Help with Tennessee FAE-185 tax filing

We were unaware of the Tennessee FAE-185 tax filing for our one SFH we own and lease out.  Anyone with insight, tips, or a CPA who can help, is appreciated!  (Yes, we've been doing our own taxes these past few years, and are considering to hire someone, though our taxes are currently very simple).  thanks!
