We currently own several multifamily properties in TX and AZ and are looking for a local CPA in Minnesota who specializes (or is familiar with) commercial real estate investing. Hoping to optimize our tax savings with cost segregation bonus depreciation and utilize the tax code to its fullest advantage.

My wife and I use @John Woodrich, he services a lot of investors in the area from what I understand (and is also an investor himself).

We just have a small multifamily, so John can tell you if he has experience with commercial RE
