New out of state Investor

Hey guys I'm just getting started out in the business due to me moving to Georgia and decided to rent out our old house in North Carolina instead of selling. I started an LLC and need to know if there are any requirements with doing business in another state. Also is $1450 rent minus759 mortgage and 10% for property management a good deal?
