Eviction Lawyer Needed ASAP! - Tenant caught doing Airbnb

Charles Fatunbi
Posted

I am in search of a lawyer/attorney with expertise in evictions. I am in the Atlanta area and currently dealing with a tenant that has been caught doing AirBnB in my single family property. This is a breach in their lease agreement, HOA bylaws, and local Atlanta laws. We have begun the eviction process, but would like to press charges to the fullest extent. Please message me if you are able to assist.

The tenant denies that the property was used for airbnb and states that we need to give her 60 days notice under Georgia law which is not true if the lease is breached. We have full proof documented of this activity before she was able to remove the listing.

Because she is not cooperating, continues to not pay, and refuses to leave,  we've decide to go ahead and take full legal action.
