Real Estate lawyer - Landlord dealing with a tenant issue

Any recommendation for an attorney that can help a landlord out with a tenant issue? Tenant is suing the landlord (an acquaintance) for not returning security deposit. Even though tenant completely trashed the property.  This property is near the Wilshire area.
