Hello BP community! The wealth of information on BP is truly unprecedented and I am hoping I can tap into the community for some direction. A little bit about me, for the past 18 months I have been wholesaling and fix and flipping properties across the nation. I have recently started to purchase a few small rental properties to offset the income. My issue is that I am finding it difficult to truly understand my tax liability and potential write-offs on an ongoing basis. I have a CPA that files my taxes yearly, but I am looking for a template to be able to track my monthly tax liability and potential and write-offs to inform future purchases. Hoping someone can share a template or some guidance on this.
