Paying Referral Fee to Non-Agent
I had a chef from California reach out to me on Instagram thinking I was an agent. I told him I'm not (I'm a real estate photographer) but would reach out to my network and connect him with someone.
I posted his message on my Instagram story and messages from agents started rolling in. Then I looked up referral fees and they seem to be 25% typically.
I'm not a licensed agent in Oregon or Washington, I'm a real estate photographer just wondering if I can cash in on this referral somehow.
