Looking for a RE CPA to do Cost Segregation Analysis of SFR's

Hi All! I am looking for a seasoned CPA who can help me do cost segregation analysis for SFR's I own in OH and PA. I also need help with moving SFR's from personal Schedule E tax form into my LLC business tax. I live in the SF Bay Area so a local CPA would be preferred!
