Hi, I’m looking for a CPA that’s familiar with cost segregation and solo 401 (k) residential investing.

I’m in the S. Florida area. Preferably someone that’s accepting new clients. Thank you in advance!

You are correct, in some instances a return and payment of taxes may be required when investing using 401k. This would be the case if there is an "active" income from a business activity. All passive income from passive investments will be sheltered from taxes, which is how the 401k was designed to invest: passively.
