Attorney referral Chattanooga

Looking for a real estate attorney in Chattanooga if anyone has a referral? In reference to a seller not being able to perform after multiple extensions on a sfr I was under contract to purchase. They are now refusing to sign mutual release after contract expiration and title company will not refund my escrow without it.
