Title Name change Charlotte County FL

I mistitled a property I won at Charlotte County FL auction. I put 401SD HEMHOLZ because I didn't realize my self directed IRA had sent me a ein and name to use. What is the best way to retitle? I was looking at Rocket lawyer online for quitclaim.

@Eve Brown, this is a real issue. I would talk to a real lawyer and get real advice.

If "401SD HEMHOLZ" isn't an entity that can conduct business in your state with you able to legally sign for that entity then you may need to get the county to issue you a new deed. Not sure how to deal with this cloud you added on the title.

I wouldn't mess around though because if not handled right it will crop up to bite you at important times such as when you are doing a refi or a sale. Not when you want something to sidetrack things for potentially months.
