A group of us are new to investing and getting ready to form an LLC to begin acquiring our first properties, so looking for a recommendation of a real estate CPA and/or real estate attorney please. 

also wondering if anyone recommends finding a real estate attorney and CPA that is local to us, or someone more knowledgable in the state we are investing in? (Most likely Texas to start)
