Who is considered good at protesting investment property taxes?

Hi, I have 13 properties to protest. I know about O'Connor & Associates, but was wondering who the Houston area investment pros are using (not doing it themselves - which I have done for years).

I have Harris county, Galveston County, and Montgomery County to deal with.
