How much Wholesalers pay in taxes?

Hi! I am a wholesaler who is trying to get his first deal closed. I have a property under contract and I have interested buyers. My question is how much I will have to pay in taxes from my assignment fee? An additional question. Would there be any difference because I am a foreigner who is not in the US? The deal is in Alabama.
