Need a lawyer for Nashville Short Term Rental appeal board

I am appealing Nashville's denial of my Non owner occupant request submitted last year due to not having my project completed by Dec 2021. I was delayed by over 13 months by the city in the permitting and inspection process. I have applied for an appeal to the STR board but was advised to have someone familiar with this board represent me.

I'm looking for referrals to such persons.
