Hi All -

Myself and a few individuals are setting up on consortium to pool money and begin investing in local real estate. Obviously, we want to ensure that we put together a very thorough document detailing various situations that we may run into well ahead of time to ensure we're all protected.

We're looking for a local lawyer who has experience in this area - anyone have recommendations?
