H1B visa holder converting primary residence into rental unit

Is it allowed to maintain (maintain as in, listing for rent, screening tenants using Zillow manager and also taking care of minor fixes like door handles etc.) your owned residential rental property while you are on an H1B visa? Or is it mandatory to hire a property manager ?

I have converted my primary residence(townhome) into a rental property while I am on H1B visa, hence checking.
