Seller Under Contract Question
Seller of property is in negotiations with me but cancels second counteroffer. Find out the reason is they still were under contract with previous buyer, do I have any recourse?
House was under contract the whole time they solicited offers and negotiated with us. Seller's agent did not disclose that the house was under contract until they cancelled counteroffer.
