HOw do I know and find a good CPA

Hello guys my name is Damion and I'm a new investor in Florida trying to get my first property. I created an LLC already with my wife and now trying to get our first duplex but with the current complexity of the market, it has proven very difficult. Because we don't have enough business credit we decided to get it in her personal name with an FHA loan and after a year we will try to transfer it to the LLC. We got a CPA from one of the services we signup up with but the CPA doesn't provide good services.

I am a handyman and people really love my work, now I'm getting more work than I can handle so I plan to start an LLC and hire some more hands to help out.

My question for you all is how to find a good , knowledgable CPA knowledgable with Real estate and handyman businesses?
