First time single family home owner primary residence and renting

I am searching for a real estate leaning CPA in the Denver, CO area to help with tax year 2022.

I purchased a home (my first) in the last few days of 2021, so taxes this year are relatively easy, but I wanted to get with a CPA so that next years taxes will be a breeze. This single family unit is my primary residence and as of Feb 1, 2022 I have started to rent the property out while also residing in it. I plan to do this for the foreseeable future and want to use the depreciation strategy if I am correct.
