Looking for an Attorney for a syndicate deal on offshore property

Hello everyone, 

I'm looking for recommendations for a real estate attorney that can help with everything from LLC set-up to putting together a PPM and SEC filings. I've looked through recommendations here but they mostly seem to be focused on specific US locations. This first deal is a pretty straight forward syndicate apart from the property being abroad.
