Partner Investor Contracts/Terms

Posted

I found an awesome 6 unit deal for $425,000 through owner financing. I need a 50K down payment. I am not sure how to go about the terms with other investors for the $50,000. I am open to paying them interest on the 50k for 5 years or I am open to giving them a portion of the income. How is everyone else structuring deals if your partner is putting the down payment down? (how much % are you giving them of the income)
