Florida transfer tax

Is it possible to get around the Florida transfer tax when deeding a property from my personal name into my LLC?

The FL attorney I spoke with said deeding it over is the taxable event, whether it's into an LLC or into a Land Trust, and that it may not hit you right away but at some point you're going to pay it. Granted it's not much, but is deeding it into a Land Trust an actual tried and true method for not paying the transfer tax?

Thank you!
