Hi BP Community,

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who specializes in US and German real estate law (CPA, lawyer, etc.)? It would also be great to hear about any experiences people have in similar situations.

We are a Berlin based married couple (1 with US citizenship, both with German permanent residency) who will invest in the US to buy & hold, and are trying to figure out how to structure our ownership. We have read a lot about LLCs and also the blocker structure (C Corp-- a combination of German and US companies), but we really want to speak with someone and would love any advice.

Thanks in advance! Sam & Seva
