Looking for title co. to help with title change in Nashville, TN

Hopefully I selected the correct category :) We purchased our first rental home in Nashville, TN two years ago. We have an LLC setup as a holding company, and we need help transferring title into the LLC. Any recommendations on a good title company that can help? We live in Florida (Tampa area) and are hoping to find a company (any location) that can get us through this process.
