Capital Gains Tax after Refinance?

Question - I've owned a home for 3 years.  Then I refinance the house.  Then 6 months later I sell the house for a decent profit.  Since I've owned the home for 3 years 6 months, will I get taxed on capital gains, OR since I refinanced does the 2 year clock start over?
