SEC Regulation A+ Information

Hello, I'm looking to start a Regulation A+ fund with a partner and would like to connect with others who have gone through this.  I'm interested to see what a corporate team looks like and how roles/responsibilities are split up.  Also looking for info on general operations, like how all of the reporting is handled and the general mechanics of everything.
