NJ - Best strategies & law firms for Asset Protection

Royce Spence
Posted

I've already setup my LLC in NJ and am looking for asset protection. I've had my initial consultation with Royal Legal Solutions and am scheduling a consultation with Anderson Legal. Both firms seem to be reputable; however, for a LLC that is just getting started, I am unsure of whether or not I should be paying high end fees for asset protection when they tell me that estate planning is what I should be focusing on first. Can someone provide feedback of their experience with either of these two firms (ESPECIALLY if you are in NJ) and how I should move forward as someone who has no doors at this point (again ESPECIALLY if you are in NJ). Should I go with one of these firms and look at it as an investment? Does anyone have a local recommendation of a company/firm?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
