Creative financing (Subject to)
I have found a deal that I believe I can do a subject to or seller financing on. I understand the concept of them but need help on the more technical side of it which is the paper work of how to structure the deal. I know not every state is the same so if you live in or invest in Utah and know Utah laws that would be helpful.
My question is who do I need to contact to take over the payments, how do I get the property transferred into my name (title company I'm guessing) and what other things do I need to know about that I haven't mentioned?
