Adding person to legal claim on a property

Hello, I am recently married and looking to get into real estate investing. I currently live with my wife in Miami, FL. Our condo was purchased by her before we were married and the mortgage and deed is in her name. She recently refinanced this past year for a lower interest rate, which still keeps her on the mortgage and deed. Our wedding was after that refinance. Does anybody know if and how I can get myself added onto the property deed and mortgage, so I can also have legal claim over the property in case she passes away, or we separate? Ideally, I would prefer not to refinance, since she just did it and has a really great rate locked in. Thanks in advance for any help!
