Tenant ditched court order to pay

Hi all. I have a past tenant that owes back rent and ditched on his job where I was doing a withdrawal on his payroll. It has been 10 years since he hasn't paid on the court order. He owes almost 8k at this point due to interest and penalties. Since it has been so long (Maryland), is it beyond statute of limitations or do court orders last forever?
