Legal help wanted, Seattle area - loss assessment representation

Hello,

Our condo association has approved a major work to be done on all the buildings in our complex. The work is mostly needed due to damages caused by the years (weather, etc). The condo's HOA had several master policies over the years, these policies covered some of the work to be done (i.e. - the insurance companies paid already for some of the damages). The rest of the amount that isn't covered is set forth as special assessment on each unit owner. We have around 25-30 unit owners who filed loss assessment claims and the claims were denied by the insurance companies. These are substantial amounts. We are looking for an attorney / legal help who can help or represent us in an appeal to the insurance companies. Any referrals are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
