Canadian buying property in Florida

Hi

We have qualified for a mortgage and will be buying a vacation property in Florida that we intend to rent out via Airbnb when we are not there.

to all Canadian investors out there - did you form an llc or lp? What’s the best way to invest by forming a corporation?
