I am assisting a client in selling his home in Williamsburg Brooklyn. We have a number of questions regarding capital gains, what the NYC capital gains & state rate is, has the federal and state rates been raised. Anyone with any input would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you and looking forward to the responses.
