Trying to creatively finance $275k Duplex

Currently house hacking using an FHA loan. Duplex in my area has been on market since early July. Price has been dropped twice since then, $25k each time. My brother and I are trying to figure out a way to secure this property, but we don't have the $50ish thousand to finance it traditionally. Brother could potentially secure an FHA loan, however I doubt he could get qualified for enough to cover the cost of this property. He is in his last semester of college so no solid employment history. Looking for recommendations in lieu of traditional financing.
