Getting a $300,000 loan to buy out a partner

Hey everyone

My father in law is in a 3 way partnership on an apartment they are renting out. One of the partners is wanting out. They are looking to sell it, but I’m interested in seeing if there is a way for me to buy him out for $300,000 and become that new partner and make some money. I haven’t talked to them to get the full details to see if it make sense for me.
But my question is how could I obtain a large loan for 300k since it’s not a home loan??
thanks for any input.
