Seller Financing on International Development Investments

I want to buy 3 lots in 3 separate companies that will then be sold to three different buyers. The lots are currently held within one company in Honduras where the land is located.

How would the seller financing take place given that I will need to close on the land to put into my own separate corporations per lot?

Does anyone have any insight on this? I may be able to figure out the international logistics however I haven’t closed on a seller financed deal in the states to know the legal paperwork side from our US end yet.
